SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We ship all the products by DTDC, Maruti or Speedpost using fastest possible mode. It takes 1 business day to ship to metros and 2 to 3 business days to other locations.
Warranty and Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Most products have a warranty of 3 months from the date of invoice unless otherwise mentioned.
Warranty does not apply to products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling or not observing proper handling procedures. Apply proper voltages a specified, observe power supply polarity and do not insert or remove any add-on board, cables, connectors while the boards are powered on.
In case the product is indeed found to be damaged or defective, it will be replaced with the same product without any charge.
If the product damaged while in use is reported within warranty period we will first attempt to repair it, if it cannot be repaired it will be replaced.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product you receive is damaged, defective or incorrect. You must notify us before returning any package by email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a copy of the invoice. In case of reporting a damaged/defective product a photograph would help us process the case quickly. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
